Inpatient Christian Treatment Programs
When looking at the differences between inpatient christian treatment programs and faith based Outpatient Centers for recovery, withholding the Christian component, there is a night and day difference. The same types of therapy and counseling can seem alike at both types of programs. Being able to remove yourself from a destructive environment can have a lot to do with being able to get through a program with ease. Struggling with the addiction while in outpatient treatment can lead to relapse . Out patient treatment was designed for the person that has the motivation, drive, and self restraint to not fall back into the same patterns of abuse that brought them to treatment in the first place.
Working through the underlying issues, that lead us to use in the first place, can be easier if we take out the environmental and social pressures that tend to hamper our recovery. When we look at the statistical relapse rates of treatment in an outpatient setting it is clear to see that inpatient faith based treatment programs offer some of the highest success rates for the treatment of addictions to drugs or alcohol.
Setting your recovery for success
While in an Christian Inpatient Drug rehab, there can be a relief that sets over us as we distance ourselves from the people, places and things that lead us to the feeling or need to use drugs or alcohol. Often times being in an inpatient setting can give the client the time and separation needed for a quick recovery.

How Long is an inpatient treatment program?
The length of the program is dependent on many variables; length of use, type of drugs or alcohol being abused, financial means to cover the cost of treatment, or insurance funds available. Most Christian residential treatment centers have a set length of time for their program. These programs can vary from the standard 28 days up to 2 years depending on what program you choose. We have found that most addictions can be handled in a 60-90 day program. There are some treatment centers that have an open ended program that is based on completion and not the day in which you arrived with a set number of days to complete. Open ended programs usually take anywhere from 45 – 60 days to complete.
What is the cost of treatment?
Many Christian treatment centers are set up as non profit organizations. Free Christian Drug Rehabs are usually run by Christian missions. Combined with the examination of Biblical teachings, scriptures, group therapy, and church services, clients are treated for their addiction in natural healing practices and scripture based programs to offer a well rounded program.
Private Faith Based Treatment Programs
When looking for a treatment center for addiction that is private there can be many variables that make the cost of treatment manageable for most people wanting to attend their program. Churches and other private organizations can offer deferred payment through grants and donations from outside sources.
